Meet Elaine, Miami Interior Designer
Founder + Principal Designer
Elaine Chan is the founder and principal designer of CMod Interiors, with 13+ years of experience in residential design. She holds an MFA in Interior Architecture and Design and is an IIDA International Associate Member.
She began her career at a design firm in Boston, then launched CMod Interiors in 2014 to focus on residential spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. Her background in retail visual merchandising gave her an eye for detail and spatial composition that still shapes every project she designs.
As a Miami interior designer, Elaine works across floor plans, construction documents, and 3D renderings, so clients see the full picture before a single wall comes down. Her approach is warm and modern: clean lines, considered materials, and interiors built around how a home is actually lived in, not just how it photographs.
Every project with CMod Interiors starts with a conversation about how you actually use your home, followed by clear floor plans, material selections, and a contractor-ready package before anything is built.
